OUR FAVORITE METHOD
Hang It From A Rod
A simple decorative rod complements the relaxed character of the tapestry while allowing the artwork to remain the focus.
01
CHOOSE YOUR ROD
Select a decorative rod slightly wider than the tapestry. We love understated finishes such as aged brass, blackened iron or natural wood.
02
POSITION YOUR TAPESTRY
Center the tapestry on the wall and determine the finished hanging height before installing your hardware.
03
HANG & ADJUST
Hang the tapestry from the rod and gently adjust it until it falls naturally. Don't worry about making every crease disappear- the variation is part of the character.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
•Decorative rod
• Brackets
•Screws/anchors
• Level
• Measuring Tape
Hardware varies by wall type. Always use anchors or fasteners appropriate for your wall material and the weight of your chosen rod.

FINDING THE RIGHT HEIGHT
Let the Room
Be Your Guide.
For a tapestry hanging over furniture, hang it low enough to visually connect with the furniture beneath it, rather than floating high on the wall.
For an open wall, treat the tapestry as you would a large piece of artwork- center it visually within the available wall space.

BEFORE YOU HANG
A few things worth knowing.
Unpack your tapestry carefully and allow it to
relax naturally.
Creases, wrinkles and variations in the surface are intentional.
Measure both the tapestry and wall before installing hardware.
Use wall anchors appropriate for your construction.
Avoid placing tapestry where it will be exposed to excessive moisture
